We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer / Consultant for a long-term remote project, focused on expanding and improving an existing ServiceNow platform used across a group of companies.
This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys working hands-on with ServiceNow, building and improving ITSM and ITOM processes, integrating systems, and contributing to a mature enterprise platform.
Location: Remote, Europe
Contract type: B2B / Contractor
Contract duration: 12 months
Working schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Start date: ASAP, ideally within 1 month

The ServiceNow platform is already in place and is now being further developed to support additional companies within the group.
You will be part of a project where your work will have a direct impact on how IT services are delivered, automated, integrated, and improved across the organization.
You will work on the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow ITSM applications, workflows, and automation.
You will be involved in modules such as Incident, Problem, Major Incident Management, Change, CMDB, CSDM, Service Portal, Knowledge, ITOM, Request Management, and Service Catalog.
Part of your role will be to understand business and ITSM process requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions. You will collaborate with different teams, including business stakeholders, IT operations, infrastructure, cloud, monitoring, and the Enterprise Platform team.
You will also work on integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
Another important part of the role is related to MID Server and ITOM, including architecture, deployment, scaling, security, and integrations with monitoring, cloud, and infrastructure tools.
You will also support platform administration activities, including user management, access control, ACLs, roles, groups, and Service Portal configurations.
As part of the delivery process, you will create and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and user support materials. You will also contribute to testing activities such as unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and QA checks.
We are looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
You should have experience with several ServiceNow modules, ideally including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, CSDM, Service Portal, Knowledge, ITOM, Request, and Service Catalog.
You should be comfortable working with integrations, APIs, and web services, and able to connect technical solutions with business and operational needs.
Experience with MID Server, ITOM, monitoring tools, infrastructure, or cloud environments would be highly valuable.
Good knowledge of ServiceNow administration is also important, including ACLs, roles, groups, users, and platform configuration.
We are looking for someone who is structured, collaborative, and comfortable working in an international enterprise environment. A good understanding of ITIL / ITSM best practices will help you succeed in this role.
You will work on a long-term international project, in a fully remote setup, with a ServiceNow platform that is already live and actively growing.
You will have the chance to contribute not only to development tasks, but also to platform improvements, integrations, automation, governance, and better service delivery processes across the organization.
